The management panel is the hub of doc diagnostics, designed to be used by the person or team responsible for implementation. You can monitor those self-registering using your licence key, or manually import staff using a preformatted csv file. Either way, you will be able to track progress from start to finish, as broad or narrow as you like. For example, you may wish to email everyone who has finished their assessment but yet to begin their remedial education with a little reminder – this can be done in just three clicks. Alternatively, you may want to look at how long it took a staff member to complete a remedial education module, to check they weren’t rushing and cutting corners. We’ve made the design simple and intuitive, rather than flashy and complex.
